My path into the sports industry started over a decade ago, driven by a genuine love for the game and the people behind it. I got my start with UCLA Football and have since been fortunate to work across collegiate and professional athletics — from UCLA Women's Basketball to Stanford Football, the NFL and NBA.

Along the way, I began to notice a common thread: athletes were craving authentic representation, while brands were looking for deeper, more genuine connections in an increasingly influencer-driven world.

That need is what led me to create Honey & Hustle — a women-led agency built to bridge that gap and foster meaningful, long-term partnerships that support athletes both on and off the field.
