We first met a decade ago working with UCLA Football. Since then, we've teamed up at UCLA Women's Basketball, Stanford Football, and in the NFL, gaining firsthand experience across both collegiate and professional athletics. Along the way, we recognized a growing need: athletes searching for authentic brand representation, and brands eager to connect with athletes in today's era of influencer marketing.

Driven by passion and purpose, we created Honey & Hustle — a women-led agency dedicated to bridging that gap and building genuine, lasting partnerships that elevate athletes both on and off the field.
